Legend on Language

When I first heard this, about thirty years ago, I thought it was a joke. “There are only two times when companies are aware of how they sound, when talking to the city, and when working with their advertising agency. But then, the agency does most of the talking so perhaps it is only one time”.

But language is how companies compete, it’s your words against theirs. Language is the primary tool for creating change, for inspiration, for leadership, for processes, for creativity, innovation and relationships.
