Online Consultancy

Legend’s Online Consultancy is an innovative, low cost way of accessing perceptive advice, practical guidance, and coaching from highly experienced experts. Our only interest is your success. We provide objective, independent help that makes the conduct of creative projects and strategic thinking easier, safer and quicker.

We are aware that there are many people tasked with managing creative teams or creating presentations or proposals who have not been well trained in the peculiar processes of creative projects, or who have not learned how to write for particular purposes who can benefit from our approach. The beauty of it is that there is no need, usually, to agree a budget to achieve this support with us, a simple, low-cost subscription, for as long as you need it, is all that it takes.

There are three subscribtion plans:

Level 1

Level 1 is designed for ongoing support over whatever period you like. It is especially geared to providing practical support and advice for people in a new role or who have been given a new responsibility either as clients to practitioners or as a practicioner towards clients. Our efforts here are aimed primarily at helping you avoid common mistakes, create better projects, make safer agreements and get the highest success rate possible. Level 2

Level 2 is designed for more task specific, intensive situations where an occassional requirement must be completed in a defined amount of time. It is still an open ended subscription (because we cannot tell how long you need at the beginning), but it allows for a lot more of our time including familiarisation with your situation, understanding the context and providing clear practical guidance. Mission Critical

Mission Critical is what we call the third level of support. This allows for real engagement between us on those career making proposals, the ‘This presentation is make or break’ moments that come to us all from time to time. This is a monthly subscription that starts at £500 and gets you our committed partnership in your task. It goes deeper and further than anything except our top level strategic consultancy. So if you are producing materials to support significant change in your organisation or producing a crtical presentation or tender document, this is probably the level for you. Strategic Consultancy

The top level of support is our Strategic Consultancy. Again the focus is on helping you fulfil a critical strategic role or task. This level is really needed when a great deal is at stake and you need  more than a sounding board. It might be that you are appointing a senior manager in marketing communications or corporate design and want an independet assessor. Perhaps you are considering a deep rebranding and the project has to succeed. Perhaps you need to establish powerful communication to engage staff and managers and customers in a strategic change of direction or structure and have to ensure a positive response.

Strategic Consultancy is always bespoke, and although it can be established quickly, we do need to understand the scope and significance of the task before assigning time to it. It begins with an email (just use this contact form) conversation, we will come back to you with a proposal and once agreed will set up the subscription arrangement. Strategic Consultancies usually cost between £1500 and £3000 a month and are usually closed subscriptions with a fixed termination point. (Lower level subscriptions might be useful at the tail end of such projects, to provide a clinic function to review implementation, for example).

All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time so you are always in control.
